On this episode I chatted with longtime college friend Whitney Linder and her boyfriend / business partner Tyler Baze. They opened the doors to their new gym in January of 2020 and in this podcast they'll tell you the story behind the whole mission. What drives them everyday to keep striving for better in all areas of their lives. 

They have been on a journey for the past five years, dreaming, growing and working towards opening their first gym and its an honor to be able to bring this story to you today. 

As I type this I have been an active member of The Strength Factory gym now for a whole week and I am loving it!
