Finding Comfort in Lament - Ken Wetmore
Lament is the honest, faithful bridge between pain and praise—inviting us to bring our grief to God instead of rushing past it. Throughout Scripture, and even in Jesus’ life, lament shows us how to process suffering in ways that lead to deeper trust and healing.

Voices of WholeLife 2026: The Seemingly Elusive Fruit - Javier Diaz
In a chaotic world, true peace often feels frustratingly out of reach—like a fruit we can’t quite grasp through our own efforts. Yet as a fruit of the Spirit, this deep, unshakable peace grows supernaturally in us when we abide in Christ, surrender our striving, and trust the Holy Spirit to cultivate it.

BONUS - Stay Tuned!
This bonus episode has a little bit of everything except Ken, Melanie, and our special guest, Javier Diaz (who we hope to catch up with later this week for a usual episode where we cover his message from this past week…’stay tuned’). We share a voicemail, an epic and hopefully upcoming ‘small community’ led by Ken called ‘KenRate’ - Conflict resolution, but faster! Our events page has a new feature to make sure you never miss another WholeLife event, and we drop the official announcement for our next guest speaker on April 11, and the reveal might surprise you!
Feel well soon Javier, we missed you today!

End Game - by Ken Wetmore
Jesus said to always be ready—but readiness isn’t about predicting the end. After all, the real test is how we live while we wait.

Agape is the greatest kind of love because it is self-sacrificing. It is not ruled by emotion but instead is a choice.

It’s time again for the WholeLife Church Annual Staff Retreat and this year it has thrown our podcast plans into disarray.
Every year WLC staff spends 3 days to set goals, outline the year, and team build in the process. So, Tuesday began our 3 days which made taping the podcast with our special guest from our Black History Month Celebration last Saturday an impossibility. Luckily, Jennifer Brazier is a flexible and generous person who has carved out time this Friday to accommodate our podcast taping!
So, tune in Friday evening (I’ll do my best to have everything edited ASAP) for our conversation with Jessica.
You can still send questions and comments to [email protected], or VM/text to 407-965-1607 so we can present them to Jessica during the episode!
Thank you for your patience and have a great week!
