The Walmart at Montreal's Marché Central is now selling fruits and vegetables that were grown directly in its on-site greenhouse. The Food Professor Sylvain Charlebois went to visit the greenhouse when it opened and can tell us more about why these rooftop farms are actually a good idea. He spoke to Andrew Carter.
