Meet 17-year old Karan Soin, who has created a mobile app to provide farmers access to small loans easily. The class XI student won the top prize this year at the CSIR Innovation Award for School Children 2020 for this mobile app, which is named Sudhaar.

Soin is completely self-taught in coding, he realised that the recurring problem that most villagers faced was the uncertainty in getting loans, which inspired him to start this app.
