This Toxic Fandom

The Snatch Game this week was so bad that it made Joe catch the flu bug! But seriously, people, wash your hands and get your flu shots, you morons. Anyway! David and Steven are left to summarize the Snatch Game and then be teleported to Mars by the intergalactic popstar runway! With Joe not there to moderate, let's ramble and talk about David Letterman, sad backstories, and the rare WOODEN BEAVER! All this and more in this week's This Toxic Fandom, so give it a listen and let's get impersonational!

Oh. My. God. Becky, look at her drag race podcast! It's just, like, so... Big. This week on This Toxic Fandom, we gave up on the new millennium and went back to the halcyon days of slap bracelets, beanie babies, roller blades, and making way too many hand gestures. That's right kids, we're totally bugging and going back to the 90s! The girls of Canada's Drag Race make their very own girl groups and then have to combine the fashions of grunge and glamour on the runway. Who will be a fly girl, who will fly away like Lenny Kravitz, and who will get beamed in the head with a giant cell phone? And which one of the bois is a virgin who can't drive?!!? Find out this week on THIS TOXIC FANDOM as they dive into CANADA'S DRAG RACE SEASON 5 EPISODE 5!!!

We want to see some H&M on this runway for the first time! For this season's first design challenge, the girls will have to make fashions that look off the rack, which Steven thinks is a great idea because he's WHAT? Insane. The girls are also tasked with presenting a slow-motion outfit to varying degrees of success and somehow, Squirrel Girl from Marvel Rivals is brought up. Check out the latest episode of This Toxic Fandom and listen as we dive head-first into Canada's Drag Race!

Steven is back back back back again with Joe and David after his hiatus and the bois are reunited and better than ever! The three of them dive into the world of Drag Race Canada, where they get into the Tim Horton Hears a Who of it all as the top ten girls of Canada's Drag Race Season 5 compete in a smackdown lip synch for glory, honor, fame, and the chance to distribute their golden beaver however they see fit. Alanis Morisette before her big break, Joe not knowing when songs were popular to their own detriment, and David having a field day with Avril Levine?! It's all happening in the latest episode of THIS TOXIC FANDOM!

Well chickens, we've made it to the end of another season! This week we talk about who was crowned, the final challenge, some tic-tac lunches, and whether or not we agree with the crowned queen (spoiler alert: it's nuanced). Graba cuppa tea and enjoy this finale before we officially head true north and strong to Drag Race Canada.

This week the queens are getting in a tiny car cause they're heading to a Roast dressed as clowns. Which queens will give you the tears of a clown and which will have you questioning your sexual attractions to Bozo? Plus being the semi finals, we now know our top 4! Want to know who Joe and David are supporting? Listen to find out!

This week on Drag Race UK it's the makeover challenge! The contestants need to make over members of their family and work with what they almost all already have... Family resemblance. We laugh, we cry (no really, we talk about how we cried, it's an emotional one), we both wish Chara Tea's mum was ours. So grab your fave (or the one you'd most likely makeover) loved one and enjoy this week's episode. It's sure to be a Pope-ular one! (you'll understand when you get to the end of the episode).

Oh what a beautiful mornin! It's time for a Rusical! This week the queens get to star in a brand new Rusical as some of the UKs most influential pop stars on a Top of the Pops parody! Joe and David talk about whether they have faith in Kyran getting another win and if Actavia can spice up her life or not. Regardless, much like the character Marmalade plays, the bitches are back!

We are halfway through the season and finally at the snatch game! This week, the Queen’s have to start the episode by reading the house down boots yassss God… A.k.a. the reading challenge, followed by the snatch game! Is RuPaul being shady by having them do both of these in one Episode let us know in a five star rating in review on Apple podcasts. David and Joe truly have the best time discussing one of the best snach games in a minute.

It's a Halloween treat as we finally finish Global All Stars! Yaaay! No one is satisfied and everyone wants to go home! We talk fashion, we talk lewks, we talk Wicked (because we have a problem), we talk about THE BORE WORMS and make references that Joe doesn't get, and we finally put this season to bed. Here's hoping that if we get GAS again, it'll be with some Tums or something. Join the conversation now with This Toxic Fandom as they say goodbye to RuPaul's Global All Stars!
