The new announcement is The Square Collection, which allows Hines' global clients to utilize amenity spaces across their network via the Here by Hines app.

The technology, developed with partners essensys and HqO, enables inventory management and booking capabilities. While primarily aimed at Hines' tenants, some spaces may be available to third parties. Hines is exploring strategic options to address portfolio gaps and enhance client partnerships in the future.
