By accident, anything is possible.
That’s what I realized last week after I was shown a major blindspot in the face of a redlight on my runway. Called to the middle by the spirit of peace, it’s a tricky thing to walk the middle path with my character’s karma pulling me, indignantly, to a side. Thankfully, I’m becoming more and more universal every day. Still- if authenticity’s the name of the game here, than it seems important to reveal the parts that have been divided within me. Here we go:
The character I’ve been playing is a feminist and environmentalist who believes in natural healing and indigenous approaches to reality. She just discovered that she has a male side, and has been a little awkward, no doubt, in knowing what to do with it. Ironically, she seems to have fallen into the same pattern that all those feminists talk so much crap about, waving her weenie around upon first greeting. Indeed, she’s still learning how to stand in her masculine power while maintaining her feminine grace. At this point, she's in a humbling stage.
All that said, the character I play is also a Jesus-lovin’ free-wheeler -not the type who typically hangs out with hairy-legged tree-huggers.
So, her karma’s got me in tangles that’s why I’m here: to bring peace to my many pieces though loving every bit of the mirror.
This week’s episode is a reflection of how I make a play of my rosy-cheeked days. It's getting easier to evolve without shame.

PS: A Couple of Clarifications: 1. As a lady who flirts with the divine (and too often been misunderstood), please note that these love songs are written to God, my honey, to whom I am very happily married. I take inspiration from many wise souls whose fingerprints often show up in the mirror. I’m blessed to be inspired by so many. If you ever notice your reflection here, I hope you feel blessed by you. 2. At this stage, the production quality of this podcast is quite low for a couple of reasons: One is that it’s not my role to be a sound engineer nor super-instrumentalist. Two is freedom: cuz these little ditties aren’t made to be carried for all of eternity. They’re just bridges to the next song that keeps this gabby gal growin’.
Thanks for coming in love.
