Today's guest is a former client of mine, we worked together back in 2018 and stayed connected through social media. Recently he has taken on a gruelling challenge running four miles every four hours for 48 hours straight when I saw he was doing this it sparked my imagination and I wanted to ask a lot of questions. After making the decision to turn his life around and get tough on himself and hold a higher standard he started eating better, running, and training and he’s having fun doing it. After hitting a low point he started building momentum taking energy from David Goggins and Jesse Itzler to "get after it" and not look back.
