Retired Detective (of 27 years) with the Phoenix (AZ) Police Department, Heidi Chance, is a FORCE.

Heidi shares how she paved her way through law enforcement becoming an expert in human trafficking and money laundering cases. Even sharing how she worked as an undercover detective in the fifth largest city in the U.S.

Once retirement came, Heidi didn't stop there, she became an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, instructor, and author of, "Talk To Them," a book for parents to help start powerful conversations about human trafficking.

Through her company, A Chance For Awareness, Heidi travels the U.S. to speak and train law enforcement and also the public to create awareness about human trafficking, what it looks like, and what to look out for, so that everyone can do their part to stop it.

Heidi will be teaching her course Money Laundering Illegal Enterprise and Seizure investigations with A Different Breed (ADB) Law Enforcement Training in 2025.

Ami recently competed her state police academy and following FTEP (FTO). After experiencing a critical incident and lack of adequate support following, she began to question herself and her environment. Through reading my book, "Thriving Inside the Thin Blue Line," Ami was able to identify the red flags within our similar experiences on the job. She was then faced with a decision to settle inside of her current environment or make a change and embrace the unknown.

She made the one decision that projected her towards a totally different life.
