Still reeling after the surprising information revealed by Lily, Absinthe and the others are forced to reevaluate the course laid ahead of them, no longer being able to rely on the Dragon's Majesty for transport closer to the Isle of Halder. There also still remains the question of Thorn's investigation into the elven merchant Mallak and the location of Ekklis, the man responsible for producing the blood-infused atherium in Dalcerra. There are several paths forward as the party settles in to discuss all of their options.

Taking the time to let their young tiefling process the events in the tomb, 2.4.1 Drink (and Bitsy) visited his nearby hometown: Willowdeep. Putting that behind them they returned to Port Meraden where Lily, captain of The Seraph's Wing, and her crew invited the party to join them at the inn to enjoy a quiet evening together before they went their separate ways.
Music in this episode is:
After resupplying in Port Meraden, the party makes final preparations and eventually push north towards their two goals: helping Thyme get in contact with a champion of Selanna he knows from his past, as well as looking into the whereabouts of the engineer of the damaged airship Dragon's Majesty that has spend several weeks in port awaiting his return with a critical component of the ship. While Thorn stays behind to continue his investigation, the rest of the party presses forward.

2.4.1 Drinks (and Bitsy) has arrived in the port city of Meraden in the western dawn sea along with the crew of The Grey Lady as well as the rescued crew of The Seraph's Wing. After their time in Dalcerra they take the chance to rearm and resupply before they head north towards the town of Ashfell to help Thyme look into a family matter. Olek and Absinthe spend some time discussing job board postings, while Thorn rejoins the group for a time as he continues his own investigation.
Music in this episode is:
The Isle of Dalcerra lies behind, shrinking beyond view as 2.4.1 Drinks (And Bitsy) more west towards the city of Port Meraden and ultimately a meeting with someone from Thyme's past. The fresh sea air and the wind in their sails does a lot to restore the spirits of those that have spent the better part of two weeks under the shadow of revolution. But nothing helps more than celebrating the birthday of a friend.

Hello all! Welcome to another special little episode of Through the Balcony. Back when we started this podcast we made an Episode 0 to help cover the events that took place before we started recording our adventure. It was a quick little summary to help people catch up. The idea occured to us that it might be a good idea to make another summary episode for the Isle of the Dalcerra arc, for a couple of reasons. First, for new listeners who want to hop in on the most current arc right away and maybe catch up later we wanted to give them enough context of past events that the current sessions make sense. The other reason is that we're aware that as we've gone along we've made substantial improvements to our audio equipment and that for some listeners it might be more enjoyable to jump in once we've made the improvements to our set up. So, whether you want to find out what's happened before, or want a refresher, here's a summary of all the events that took place during the events following the Tomb of Eternal Kings!
Music in this episode is:
The battle for Dalcerra is over and all that's left is to dig over the rubble left behind in the passing of the terrible storm that ravaged the once pristine gem of the Dawn Sea. There are still many questions to answer following the end of the conflict and capture of Raina. There is also the question of where to go from here, now that the storm keeping the party here has broken at last.
Music in this episode is:
Having made their way to the Evenguard Tower by the most dramatic means possible, only the defenders of the fortified tower stand between the party and the traitorous Guard Captain at the top. Lots of fighting stands between them and the climactic fight to stop whatever Raina and the Circle of the Forgotten plans to do here. Time (and maybe Thyme) of is the essence.
Music in this episode is:
With the royal family now safe it is time for 2.4.1 Drinks (and Bitsy) to decide how they want to help protect the city of Dalcerra. With Rastin and Amaya now willing to help defend the Duskbrink, and the Everlight District seeming to have their situation well handled, the path ahead seems clear: the Dawnsea Docks, and ultimately the Evenguard Tower.
