This meditation came to me one evening after I had finished putting dirty clothes in the washer. Someone was occupying the bathroom, so for a few moments, I just stood there looking at my hands—waiting to wash them. As my attention rested on them, they began to tingle and the Muse dropped the idea of a "dirty hands meditation" into my head and heart.
