Supplements can be important tools in our wellness toolbox. If we lived in a perfect world and ate clean, fresh whole foods, we wouldn't need to supplement our diet. Sadly, however, that is not the case. Our foods are grown in depleted soil, sprayed with chemicals and picked weeks before they are ripe. All of this means we are unable to get the nutrition we need from the foods we eat so we need to add good quality supplements.
Like with everything, tho, you really need to know what you’re buying and that applies to supplements.
