We’re on summer break! We’ll be back with new episodes on Aug 9th. In the meantime, here’s one of our favorites.

This week we're talking about one of Nancy Meyer's most iconic films, Something's Gotta Give.

Kathryn appreciates the timeless interior design of the beach house and Alexa points out how expertly lighting was used to create feelings of warmth in the nighttime scenes.

We explore the concept of the female gaze and how Nancy writes men the way women often want them to be.

Then we cover the art of vulnerability, the lessons within heartbreak, why Keanu is a perfect baby angel, and what we believe may be the true definition of soulmates.
