Jaspaul Singh is Co-Founder and Co-Portfolio Manager at Fort Warren Capital Management, a Boston-based firm founded in 2013.

Previously, he was employed at Regiment Capital, a multi-billion dollar credit hedge fund, where he led investments in the basic industrials, paper/packaging,

business services, specialty finance and selected healthcare sectors. He also led the special situations/distressed effort at Regiment and had primary responsibility

for managing hedges across the portfolio. Prior to Regiment, Mr. Singh was employed at Hammerman Capital Management, a capital structure arbitrage fund based

in Boston, and in the corporate development group at Microsoft, where he was on the team developing the business plan for the X-Box gaming console. Mr. Singh is

a member of the Boards of Advisors for The Sikh Coalition, a non-profit civil rights group, and TumericAlive Inc., a startup consumer products company. Mr. Singh

received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from Harvard University.

Ted Aronson is the Founder and Managing Principal, AJO Partners. Founded in 1984, AJO is an institutional investment manager

with $22 billion under management. Prior to forming AJO, Mr. Aronson founded Addison Capital Management. He was formerly chair of the

CFA Institute (formerly AIMR) and is a CFA charterholder. He also chaired AIMR's Trade Management Guidelines Task Force. Mr. Aronson is a trustee

of Spelman College in Atlanta and chair of its Investment Committee. He was also a lecturer in finance at The Wharton School and is a frequent

speaker on Wall Street issues, especially innovations in trading methods to minimize transaction costs. Mr. Aronson holds both a BS and an

MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Willam Bernstein is a renowned financial theorist, and a Co-Founder of the investment management firm Efficient Frontier

Advisors. He has authored three finance books, The Intelligent Asset Allocator, The Four Pillars of Investing, and The Investor's Manifesto,

and also two volumes of economic history, The Birth of Plenty and A Splendid Exchange. His research is in the field of modern portfolio theory,

and he argues that most return is determined by the asset allocation of a portfolio rather than by asset selection. Mr. Bernstein holds a PhD

in chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and an MD from UC San Francisco. He practiced neurology for many years before

retiring to pursue finance.

Tom Keene is Editor-at-Large at Bloomberg News and host of Bloomberg Surveillance, a morning radio broadcast.

He also provides economic and investment perspective to Bloomberg Television and to Bloomberg's various news divisions,

and also founded the Chart of the Day feature, available on the Bloomberg Professional Service. He is a Chartered Financial

Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute, the National Association for Business Economics, the American Economic Association,

and the Economic Club of New York. Mr. Keene received his BA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is currently

enrolled in the external program at The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Deborah Kuenstner is the Chief Investment Officer of Wellesley College. Prior to joining Wellesley in 2009,

Ms. Kuenstner was Chief Investment Officer at Brandeis University. She also previously served as Managing Director of Research

for Fidelity Investments from 2004 to 2007, and as Chief Investment Officer at Putnam Investments from 1997 to 2004, where she

was responsible for investment performance, staffing, and marketing for a team with assets under management of $40 billion.

Ms. Kuenstner holds an undergraduate degree from Wellesley and an MBA from New York University.

Robert Smith is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Castanea Partners, a middle market private equity firm based in Newton, Massachusetts.

Prior to co-founding Castanea in 2001, Mr. Smith was co-CEO of Harcourt General from 1999 until its sale in 2001, and was a director of the company

from 1989 to 2001. He was also formerly Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Neiman Marcus Group Inc., where he was co-CEO from

1999 to 2001 and had been a member of the Board of Directors since 1997. Mr. Smith serves on several non-profit Boards, including the Boston Children's Hospital, Facing History and Ourselves,

and the Harvard Committee on University Resources. Mr. Smith received his AB from Harvard College

and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Dektart is the principal and the Chief Investment Officer at Smith Breeden Associates, Inc.

He is the co-head of Smith Breeden's Investment Management Group and is responsible for leading the investment

process and investment theme development at Smith Breeden. He provides a specialist focus on both real and nominal

rates and yield curve strategies. He also has responsibilities for managing client portfolios. Mr. Dektar was an Associate in the

Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Montgomery Securities in San Francisco and a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking

Division of Morgan Stanley in New York and Tokyo before joining Smith Breeden in 1986. He holds an MBA with a concentration

in finance from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Mr. Dektar received a

BS in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was a University of California Regents' Scholar.

Mr. Ellis is the Founder of Greenwich Associates Former Chair of Yale University's Investment Committee. He is a longtime

consultant on investing to large institutional investors, government organizations, and wealthy families, and he is a prolific writer on investment topics.

He serves as Chair of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, where is heads the Investment Committee. He is also a trustee

of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and chairs the Finance Committee. Mr. Ellis' professional career centered on three decades with

Greenwich Associates, a strategy consulting firm he founded in 1972. He has taught at Harvard, Yale, and Princeton and has served on the

Investment Committee at Yale. Mr. Ellis has authored or co-authored 16 books, and he served two terms as governor of the CFA Institute.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Yale, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Ph.D. from New York University.

Mr. Espie is the Investment Director Pacific Road Capital Management. He established Pacific Road Group (PRG), a

Sydney-based boutique investment bank focusing on resources and infrastructure transactions, in 1986. He has played guiding roles in

numerous mining and infrastructure ventures, among them serving as Chairman of Oxiana Limited (now OZ Minerals) during its acquisition

and development of the Sepon copper/gold deposit in Laos (2000 to 2003). Prior to that, he was Chairman of Cobar Mines Pty Ltd following

a management buyout of the Cobar copper mine in New South Wales in 1993. Before founding PRG, Mr. Espie was Senior Vice President at

Bank of America Australia. He is currently Chairman of the listed Australian Infrastructure Fund Ltd., which focuses on airports. Mr. Espie is a

former Chairman of the Australian Merchant Bankers Association and is currently a member of the Australian Committee of the Eisenhower

Exchange Foundation and a Trustee of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Educational Endowment Fund. He holds a BS from

Monash University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Jane Mendillo is the President and CEO Harvard Management Company. Ms. Mendillo is overseeing Harvard University's $35 billion portfolio.

Prior to joining HMC in 2008, Ms. Mendillo was Chief Investment Officer at Wellesley College and also served as one of HMC's senior investment officers from 1987-2002,

managing investments in equities, alternative assets, and natural resources, including Harvard's first investments in timberland.

She serves on the Investment Committee at The Rockefeller Foundation and at Partners HealthCare and was previously chair of the TIFF Advisory Services (TAS) Board.

Ms. Mendillo holds BA and MBA degrees from Yale University.
