Having visions into the future, living life in a hotel, a kid genius, or kicking ass and saving the world; these Disney shows had it all.

Remember rushing home from school to watch Arthur, Dragon Tales, or that bald-headed brat Caillou? Or how about trying out the things you learned on ZOOM? Wishing you could go on a field trip with Ms. Frizzle, or perhaps visit the Land of Make-Believe on Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. And don't forget about telling us how to get to Sesame Street. Either way, you can't disagree that we truly learned a lot watching PBS.

MORE of some of the best TV Sitcoms, from The Cosby Show and A Different World, to Modern Family and The Office, these are shows that are must-haves on our watchlist.

From Bewitched to I Dream of Jeannie, making home improvements, a show about nothing, days and nights in a bar, psychiatrists, living in Mayberry, movin' on up to deluxe apartments, ordinary - and UNordinary families - days of war, poverty, getting lost on an island, the robot life, and hillbilly farm life...we ALL have that one sitcom we just absolutely love.

From Full House to The Fresh Prince as the top best, to I Love Lucy and Mr. Ed the talking horse in the semi-finals...it's no wonder we consider these shows the best of the best.

The last segment of the inspiring women project: I share another self-written poem, and talk about a traumatizing experience I dealt with growing up, and how it still affects me to this day.

Part two of women that inspire me; honoring Fran Drescher, Betty White, Viola Davis, Demi Lovato, and Kelly Clarkson.

In part one, I give honorable mentions to woman such as Maya Angelou, Brett Butler, Paula Abdul, Shania Twain, and Taylor Swift.

Reading some stories and quotes from parts 4, 5, 6, and the appendix of Elizabeth Lesser's "Broken Open." Stories about children, birth, death, and life changes.

I am sharing with you and reading some excerpts from Elizabeth Lesser's book "Broken Open," a book that had truly changed my life and guided me through my awakening and transformation in my journey of life, and it's so very powerful.
