For Christmas, my sister got me an air fryer and a therapy light, and they are 2 of the most amazing things! Also, the TV list just keeps growing...and, I'm continuing to work on myself.

It has been quite a slow week - the weather is back to "normal" November weather - but the rise of Covid cases has been making things feel a lot less normal...again. Really, it has been a week of lots of TV and Hallmark Christmas movies, and I'm wondering just how the holidays will really go this year.

We have a new President Elect - and no matter how you may feel about it - PLEASE be respectful and accept the outcomes as they are! I'm just trying to take care of my mind, body, soul, and overall health - which is difficult - but I gotta stay strong!
