If this sounds familiar, it is. Last year, the actor/comedian was charged with a DUI in Atlanta after being found - you guessed it - asleep at the wheel. Just like she did last time, Tiffany’s trying to laugh it off onstage. But her latest run-in with the law doesn’t seem like a laughing matter, and we have to ask: does Tiffany need to wake up?
