Hebrews 7:18-21, 26. Jesus is our Priest. He is interceding on our behalf to the father. He doesn't want us to perish. That's why he died to nail our sins to the cross and give us new life. Resurrect our souls.

Hebrews 6:9-15, 18-20. Allow God to mature you in your faith and hope. He is faithful to his promises and oath. Jesus as The High Priest goes or intervenes on our behalf to the father for our requests. Go up the ladder of faith gaining more points daily so you can be strong and mature Christians.

Matthew 11:28 "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest". Great pose to stretch your lower back, thighs and ankles. It helps to calm your mind and good for digestion. In this long weekend give your worries to Jesus and receive his rest.

Hebrews 5:7-9. Jesus was obedient to the father and by being obedient he gave him first place. If we obey Christ we have the Father's love.

Hebrews 4:7, 12, 3:13. God labored for six days and then he rested on the seventh. He wants us to get to that rest that he can only supply. We are to work on this earth and after it, all has been said and done we will enter into that rest. Also, take advantage of today to find salvation for your soul don't be stubborn to reach out to Jesus Today!

Timothy 3:2-19, John 14:6. God is the builder of everything. He has the best at heart for our lives. Let's allow him to take control of our decisions by following Jesus for "He is the way, the truth, and the life, no one goes to the Father except through me".

Hebrews 2:1, 9, 14. We are ought to share God's truth because of the great sacrifice Jesus Christ did at the cross. He suffered and to our place by dying on a cross. The King of glory "who for a short time was made lower than the angels" wants us to find life abundantly in Him by what he conquered at the cross. He conquered eternal death at the cross.

Hebrews 1-4, 14, Colossians 1:16-17 We know the King of this whole world. He rules with great authority. He knows what is to suffer and live in this world but yet without sin. God elevated Him to the highest position. He overcame the world. Everything was made for him and through him. Know he speaks to us and he has also sent angels to help us.

"Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might". Ephesians 6:10. This pose helps us with strength in our upper body, wrists, arms, abdominal muscles it also helps us with our posture.

2 Timothy 4:6-13. Let's keep the faith as Paul did. Some people who we had called to be our friends have left us during this hard time but the true ones have remained. Don't lose hope now this is your time to trust more because a crown is waiting for you who have faithful walked in faith.
