• Small business owners are great at their core activities, but they overlook the ‘little’ things that they cannot neglect. (taxes, marketing etc)
• Have a virtual assistant that you trust and will work with your personality and scheduling
• Outsourcing is key - create a team that will support your business
• Don’t be timid or afraid.  You will make mistakes, but just GO FOR IT!
• Do the best you can with the time that you have.
• An investment in knowledge pays the best interest (her fave quote from Benjamin Franklin)
