• Don’t dwell on your mistakes. Ask yourself what happened, why did it happen, how it will never happen again and then turn your hand around and say goodbye. 
• Ask lots of questions and shut up and listen!  Blind spots will appear
• If you look for an opportunity that’s out there, you will find it!  Keep a winning mindset!

So I hit the weights at age 18 and never looked back.  I thought stretching was for for ‘sissies’ and neglected doing any kind of stretching routine.  At age 44 I hit a wall where my body would not respond to any exercise.  Started to develop plantar fasciitis and could barely walk.  I was referred to Todd Mclaughlin and he took the time to start my yoga practice and new great things started to open up for me, including a better quality of physiological life.
