I’ve been having trouble sitting down and journaling my thoughts since I’ve been on the manic side of my depression so I’ve decided to audio journal on the mornings my flight of ideas is especially flighty.
This morning I talk about the over-simplification of men’s mental struggles, my PTSD induced anxiety attack from last week and about some plans for the Tindel’s Razor community going forward from here.

I made a post about how men sharing their emotions isn't feminine, being aware of our human feelings is one of the most manly things we can do. I received pushback on this and here is my response. #PositiveMasculinity #MentalHealthRevolution #TindelsRazorPodcast

I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 31, after desperately seeking treatment options for depression episodes I couldn't seem to control or have success mitigating on my own, or even with peer support. My friend Corinne has been a huge help to me during these last few weeks and in this episode we discuss BPD, how it manifests, what we understand about the processes behind it, what kind of treatment/coping options are available currently and how anyone with mental illness, depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc can empower themselves to have control over our lives and not be left at the mercy of our moods.
If you want to be part of mental health revolution join the conversation by following and engaging with me on social media and other platforms I create content for, linked below. I'll be sharing my journey through self-discovery all along the way. It's gonna be a wild ride and I'd love to have you with me for it.
It doesn't get easier, we get stronger. Together.

My buddy and host of The Average Joe Movie Show and The Average Joe Libertarian Show (of which yours truly is a co-host) talks with me about recent events and our shared concerns about the direction the nation is moving with tech censorship and government authoritarianism. There's no better time for the Liberty movement to take root, it's time to give moderates a voice on the American political stage.

My friends and frontline healthcare workers Beth and Brian come on the podcast to talk with me about the new COVID mRNA vaccines and why they both made different personal choices about being vaccinated themselves. We present information and discuss the risks/rewards in the hopes that those listening can make an educated choice, not a fear-based one.

My friend and former paramedic Ron Moore comes on to talk to me about his mental health resource website and his upcoming coast to coast motorcycle ride to raise money for local Florida PTSD organizations that help veterans and first responders. In this episode we talk about the importance of community during PTSD crisis, the epidemic of PTSD ravaging our veteran and first responder communities, and the critical need for more effective mental health treatments for both professions. We dig into our own personal battles with mental health after leaving the first responder world, and how our personal lives have been effected by our struggles.
This was an incredible conversation and the perfect one to start this year with.
