There's just days to go to Nenagh Castlefest with hundreds of people of set to descend on the North Tipperary town from Friday.

The festival will feature live music, food, funfair and stalls to the Castle field but there's also live bands and traditional sessions around the town at night

Brexit - It’s not as bad as you think - is the theme of a talk at Nenagh Library tomorrow evening.

It's been given by Irish Economist Brian Lucey who will give an overview of Britain’s exit from the EU and the ramifications for Ireland.

On this mornings Tipp Today Fran spoke to caller Marian to discuss the abuse of disabled parking bays.

We all know there is still major abuse and disregard from drivers who selfishly use disabled parking bays illegally.

Marian recently highlighted this topic again in recent days in a social media post.

The Rockshield Program was originally developed between 2004 and 2015 by an engineer and inventor John Bourke from Upperchurch in Tipperary.

John set to work devising a program that would help people to identify and observe their emotions and then to transfer them so that they no longer took the persons time , attention and energy.

The program is currently running successfully in Zimbabwe and South Africa. John and his team now feel that it is time this program was embraced in his own country!

Fran visited John, facilitator Joanne and some people that have been helped by the project in hope to find out more about the Rockshield Program.

Peter O'Halloran is a fitness and nutrition expert which he recently won a top award for as well as a second award days later for his use of social media to promote health and fitness. He has an online business and he is also a sniper instructor in the Irish Defense Forces!

Dancing for Stars aims to bring Clonmel a night of entertainment with fantastic Ballroom and Latin dance performances inspired by music from movies and musicals.

It is in aid of Down Syndrome Tipperary.
