On this episode of the light diet podcast, I interviewed my good friend Ryan Carter. Ryan is a certified nutritionist in the UK, and runs a wildly successful Instagram page @livevitae. Ryan has an amazing health journey like many of us, going through a wide variety of strategies to try to improve his health that led him to deeper and deeper understandings of life. Ryan and I met through our mutual friend Tim Gray a few years ago at the London health optimization summit where I was speaking about light. He became fascinated with the work of experts like Dr. Jack Kruse, thus, began to study quantum biology, our environment, and how food and supplementation is not the be-all end-all for optimal health.

 

In this podcast we discuss Ryan’s journey, how the body is so complex and much deeper than where most health experts and professionals are currently focused, we dive into a good amount of the science and mechanisms behind some of these things, and go away with some practical tips from Ryan about food and health, throughout the show. About Ryan Carter:

Ryan Carter is a Registered Nutritionist mBANT in the UK who works with clients 1 on 1 all around the world. By successfully overturning many personal health struggles into strengths he has become the health coach he is today. Even after several curveballs along his journey to optimal health, Ryan was intrigued to look deeper into understanding the root causes of the physical and mental concerns that were impacting his body and mind. All of these experiences led to his focus in creating Live Vitae.
