Spencer was destined to play professional baseball. His first word was “ball,” he grew up with a baseball in his hand, he made varsity in 9th grade, he was a Freshman All American at Radford U. & was invited to play in the prestigious Cape Cod Summer league. But his dream almost turned into a nightmare. We explore his journey with panic & anxiety, his experience with therapy, his active practice of mindfulness & his responsibility to help other athletes speak out and learn, “I am not my thoughts.”
