As the smallest player in hockey, only 5’6” 150 lbs., his size motivated him to “go where others couldn’t go” as he became an NHL All-Star, Stanley Cup Champion and Olympic Champion. As the victim of trauma & abuse, he experienced mental illness, battled addiction and considered suicide. Theo has become an author, healing motivator and advocate using his pain as a motivator to help him and others learn that courage is contagious and healing is possible when you ask for help.
