Dave Pietramala is the only person in the history of college lacrosse to win a Division I national championship as both a player and a head coach. His accomplishments also include 2X defenseman of the year, most outstanding player of the year, most wins in Johns Hopkins history and National Lacrosse Hall of Fame. What really separates him is his love for competing and his focus on the fundamentals, discipline and relationships. His mindset is to “be great at the things that don’t take any talent.” He is successful because he was well trained on knowledge, delivery and transparency.
