    As we start our episode on mental wellness for the rest of the month, I figured it was only right to share my story on how I have come to understand the importance of mental health. You don't have to be mentally ill to seek out therapy or counseling. I know many of us have been raised to believe that something had to be extremely wrong for us to get the help we desperately need. We walk around hurting and bleeding on others, failing to realize it all starts in the mind. If we learn to take better care of our mind, it will help us to be better individuals for ourselves and our loved ones.
