In this episode I speak about the idea of owning and cultivating your own state for optimum outcomes in life. I have been inspired by Tony Robbins' work on this topic. If you see my blog on my website I did a week ago I go into more detail on his work and his interviews. He says that success is 80% Psychology and 20% strategy. I can see how often we get this the wrong way around. I am learning more how owning state seems to be key. This is where a Coaching component is healthy and important to be able to take life to the next level. I hope you get something out of this episode.
I thought since with good reason there is often so much online about red flags and signs of an unhealthy relationship that it would be great to do a podcast and what seems to make a healthy relationship.
This is based on a blog I did which you may enjoy which also has links attached to it for more information. You can find that here:

In this podcast I discuss some different types of meditation and how they can potentially be useful to help you to make more aligned decisions and connect to your own heroes journey.
I link back to my blog which is below which has links to free classes for transcendental meditation as well as other short discussions on meditation and it's power. I also give recommendation of specific guided meditations as well as the science behind it. Also I link it with the idea of caring and quality and living a life filled with gumption (as in Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance by Robert Pirsig).
I hope you find it helpful.

I watched a recent interview with Tony Robbins and Jordan Peterson. I'd always had a level of skepticism about Tony Robbins methods for lasting change particularly for people who had more serious issues of depression and anxiety.
In this interview a clinical trial was discussed which shows the great impact long term of his events. I found this really great news and thought it was worth reporting.
My blog goes into greater detail in the sense of links to the evidence as well as other videos which are related. I wanted to do a podcast form so you have an audio version too.
I hope you like it
