An introduction to 'To Care. A New Beginnings Therapy podcast'. It's a new project to have a podcast and here we introduce To Care as a foundational philosophy to personal growth and how that lead to this podcast. We look at some ideas and mindset to deal with challenges of our current level 4 lockdown in Auckland and how to maybe take this as a challenge to come through stronger.
