Buffy talks about the importance of the container and how, when we honor it, we begin to crave it. She shares her current timings that she is extremely regular with it - right now. Your personal daily timings can change because variety is healthy. This week, do your best to set one five-minute timed practice you believe would be helpful for you to ritualize daily.
