I have been so amazed with our guest for this episode in To The Moon. Puja Parbhoo maybe a new investor but she has taken the Astroflipping community by storm by connecting with people, squading up, and just being loud to ensure that she gets herself known. Puja's background is architecture and interior design. She's had experience in doing hospitality and multifamily design. It's only been this year that she had decided to go full time wholesaling houses. It was during covid that she had a chance to reflect in what she wanted in life and made her realize that she wanted to strive for larger, bigger goals. This episode of To The Moon tells of a powerful partnership in wholesale real estate between couples Heidi and Pete. These two are literally two of my favorite people. I'm so proud of them both. I've seen them grow. 

Pete was a truck driver and Heidi was a nurse. Heidi 's journey into real estate started when she was in sobriety. She first saw Grant Cardone and from there, she has been watching all things real estate. She joined my Astroflipping mentorship because she believed if you want to succeed, you need to have a mentor, someone who would guide you along the way. She saw how I've been in wholesaling real estate and have been successful in it and more than that she saw that the community was genuine. Pete has been ever supportive of Heidi from the darkest times of her life when she was fighting alcoholism until she overcame it and in her sobriety discovered a new passion in real estate. He has done nothing but stand by her side, always giving the support that she needed and seeing how much growth she had with the Astroflipping mentorship, made him want to join and be a part of this community so that they can both do this as one solid team. 

Their story is one that's just so inspiring to those who have gone rock bottom and to those who are married. College Dropout Earns BIG Wholesaling Houses | To The Moon With Stefon Lopez 

Stefon, one of my Astroflipping students, told himself that College wasn't for him. At that time, he was working 2 jobs as a restaurant server and has always wondered when and how he'll make money. I met Stefon at a meet-up in TX and I immediately liked his energy and his vibe. Prior to joining Astroflipping, he had enrolled with another real estate course but he was only able to do one deal in 2-months time. It was then that a friend introduced him to Astroflipping and here he realized that the value of a mentorship is not just from the technical know-how but in the community you'll be able to connect with and leverage on. Ramon has been my Astroflipping student for quite sometime now and has been crushing it with his own wholesale real estate business. He sits down with me to recall how he has started in this business. He started as a buy and hold investor and when he ran out of capital, he looked into wholesaling since he saw that this is a good way to get cash also, he'll be able to cherry pick properties he can buy for himself as a buy and hold. I agree with Ramon 100%. I also get the properties I fix and flip from the wholesale deals that come my way. He joined Astroflipping August of 2020 because he wanted to learn how to wholesale and do it the right way. Since then he and his team had now become 2nd to the highest in terms of wholesale deal volume in Kansas City and does $40 to $60k a month.

Tabitha started as a nurse. She's been in the medical field for 8 years. Real estate caught her attention and she tried to dabble with it, learning from YouTube university. She's tried to test the waters, going direct to sellers, with no guidance and no success. Shortly after joining the Astroflipping community,  she lost her child care which made her decide to stay home to look after her 2 beautiful daughters rather than put them in daycare which is very expensive. Tabitha turned this setback into an opportunity to jumpstart her wholesaling business and since she mostly needs to stay at home, she did virtual wholesaling with Las Vegas as her market. During the day, she would work a part time job, take care of the family, attend my mentorship, comp properties, and when evening comes, she'll do the work since her market, Las Vegas is 3 hours behind her time.

Tabitha is a student who won my heart. Her journey is that of someone who has no background in real estate, coming from a totally different field. She came in, got bruised in learning and taking action but continued on with a positive attitude, until she breaks through to success. Watching stories of people like her unfold has become the joy of my life. From 3 DEALS To Half A MILLION A Year | HOW To EXPLODE Your Wholesale Real Estate Business

We have a returning guest in To The Moon, Jacob Simpson, one of my favorite Astroflipping students. He and I share a lot of things, primarily our love for the wholesale real estate business, giving importance to mindset and tuning in our energy to the right kind of vibration. Just to give a little bit of a back track, Jacob started his real estate journey in 2018, where he was doing wholesaling in the traditional way. He's tried every method out there, cold calling, sending out emails, text blasts, mailing out letters, Facebook ads. But even after a year, he has not closed a deal yet. Within the almost the first three years of  being in the business, he's only closed 3 deals. Around September of 2020, Jacob joined Astrolipping and made his first deal with the help of fellow Astro students by the 2nd month of being in the program. By 2021, he started gaining traction and within that year made about 40 deals mostly through wholesaler outreach, earning $400,000.00 in assignment fees and helping other wholesalers earn $1.2 million in assignment fees. I liked what Jacob said, being in this industry gives you that opportunity to earn top dollar which is great but being able to help other wholesaler get their first check and dispo their deals is so much more gratifying. Like Jacob, the impact that we make in other people's life, how we are able to help them change their financial future for the better, that's the thing that gets me out of bed and gives me energy all day long. Alec used to watch his father do wholesale real estate the Astroflipping way which got him interested in real estate. He was 21 years old when he started in Astroflipping. What made this accountant, who was brilliant at his work, quit his day job and choose to wholesale houses full-time? Well, John saw, while doing other people's taxes, what the world of real estate can give and that his job can't.  If you guys remember, John was my student who said that he wouldn't shave until he gets his first deal done and during a NY meet-up, a week and a half before the clever summit, we recorded a YouTube short where I told everyone that we'll be shaving John's beard on stage at the Clever Summit. This, according to John, made him super intentional. It's really amazing to see what we can accomplish when our backs are up against the wall. In John's case, when his face was up against the blade. He set his mind that he'll make it happen and it happened. John got his first deal last day of the tax season and we shaved off his beard on stage during the Clever Summit, in front of thousands of people. John is now on his first week of wholesaling real estate full-time. He's working on two deals right now, one of which would get him $20,000.

Denise Abreu works at KeyGlee Florida as an Acquisitions Wholesaler. Denise's journey in her wholesaling business is so amazingly inspirational which started in 2021. Prior to that, she's been in health care for 10 years so it was a major pivot, not only in her career but in her life as well. Working in health care when Covid happened took a toll on her. She got laid off. It was her husband who introduced her to wholesaling but she was skeptical and thought the idea of wholesaling was shady. From New York, they moved to Florida in search of opportunities to bring in more money. Attending a three-day event about real estate, Denise and her husband stumbled upon my mentorship, Astroflipping through a friend. She believed in the concept we teach in Astroflipping. She was inspired by a fellow New Yorker, Michelle Garabito, and said to herself that if Michelle can do it, then she can do it too. True enough, when she found her proof of concept in Michelle, she let go of all remaining skepticism and doubt and believed 100% that she too can and will be successful. It was no smooth road but Denise is someone who knows what she wants and would stop at nothing until she gets it. Denise put in the work. She took action. An opportunity to work at KeyGlee Florida's acquisitions team opened up and Denise seized it without hesitation. She spent her first month putting in the work, consistent work and building her pipeline. Nothing was smooth or easy but Denise was out there to crush it. In come the second month, she closed 7 deals. The concept is proven, it's up to us to go after it and turn it into our own success story.

Andy is one of the most inspiring person I've met. My youngest mentee in Astroflipping, a high schooler who aces wholesaling real estate and who's been successfully closing deals, and now building a wholesale business at the age of 16. Growing up, he's already had his mind set on being an entrepreneur, seeing how his parents run their restaurant business and how cool it must be to be your own boss and work at your own terms. He started working as a cashier at the age of 8 from his parent's restaurant. It was his first experience at talking to people. In middle school, he did side hustles for extra cash by selling some of his own things and age 15 he even sold surplus pallets that were just taking up space in his father's business partner's company.  Like most kids his age, Andy also liked playing video games but he soon realizes that they're such a waste of time and that he can make better use of whatever free time he has. He found Astroflipping through one of my funny ads. He dove right into the course but got distracted by a lot of things he was trying to do and he took a break. Andy was brought back by seeing Noah, a fellow Astroflipping student who's about the same age range as he is and realized that he needs to get himself back into Astroflipping and get really serious about it. He re-started the course, this time with much hunger for success, he focused on wholesaler outreach and is now selling deals to hedge funds. Imagine that, age 16 and he's selling to institutional buyers. If anyone is on the fence right now, if you want to be successful, be actionable.
