Part two of our 3 question kaiwa. We asked the homie, Paulie Rhyme, 3 questions.

First after an off air discussion about ludacris and Nellys battle, we wanted to find out what artists Paulie would like to see battle on Verzuz. Which gave way to a lengthy Ludacris appreciation fest between Paulie and Late.

Next we talked about how well music of the underground hip-hop community in the late 90s and early 2000s holds up today. Finally, what place Paulie has been missing the most since the start of the quarantine.

No dap season continues with another socially distanced non-episode!

Our typical show format is based on having face to face in-studio conversations. We've had several opportunities for phone interviews but just don't really care for them. Plus there are several really dope hip-hop based podcast whose entire approach is doing just that. So until its safer for us and our guests to do in-studio recordings, were going to continue to slightly alter our format to stay consistent with content. Episodes may be late, so please bare with us.

Today, weve got the homie and long-time friend of the show, Dj Tagg. Well have him on later to actually discuss his life long relationship with hip-hop culture through emceeing, production and deejaying. Today our forces combined to talk about one of the biggest moments in recent hip-hop history, the Rza and Dj Premier beat battle on Instagram.

We discuss our general thoughts on the delivery, reception and grandiosity of the event. Then we do a round by round scoring of the first twenty rounds and finish with some potential match-ups that we would love to see.

Yall have heard us talking about Pigeondust's new album "Way Back When" for the last several weeks. You's will recall an article we wrote a couple years back talking about the dopest beatmakers in Tokyo. And yall have heard his beats as the musical bed at some point over the last 3 years.

Pigeondust is a producer, dj and beatmaker in Tokyo. His new album was just release on Cold Busted and we got him in studio to do the Mega Late Show thing.

we get thoughts on beat music, making other genres, getting into music as a child, working with experimental underground hiphop artists K-the-i and Zeroh, putting music out with Cold Busted and a bunch of other jam.
