Relationships and Internal Dynamics [self-esteem, perception, self-talk, & dating]. (This is a working title). For once I jump into the topic, and on a weekday morning! I may break this down into separate topics and I’m likely going to be writing on related topics on the blog (www.tomboyofficial.blogspot.com). The goal here is to discuss themes I experience or themes others tell me about in relationships and applying them to dating as well. I hope it creates a sense of hope and sparks new positive ideas for people when they’re struggling with dating life.

So I found some of my weekly reflection papers from human sexuality course from grad school. I did not review before reading. I’m glad I found these and I’ll be searching for more.

Protecting sleep and energy.

Do you ever notice how creativity and creating art work is very fulfilling to the soul? Even if you aren’t good or skilled or knowledgeable we now more than ever have access at the least to online live streams of music, tutorials, free production software. And for other types of art there are digital software packages for sculpting, drawing, and 3D modeling. Get creative and pour some emotions into an art form and regardless the end product you will likely notice something further about your emotional state.

Time to unpack and study our social patterns. These change time to time. They can be altered by culture, lifestyle changes (graduating school, changing jobs), economic changes. And more! Try and identify the most recent day, week and if there are holes, barriers or unmet needs.

Back to the basics. Everything impacts something else. At your own preferred pace you can start to feel more on track. Identify the areas of the most struggle, for me I have them listed as sleep, wake, energy and mood. These are my major focuses lately. And I try and ground with spiritual practices and nourishment of deep breathing, food, nature, music, art/craft.

Welcome to the pride bootcamp series! So how does this work? Usually before summer (at least in Cali) we start hitting the gym in spring season to get that beach body tone, or at least slightly more confident in our bodies as we will be wearing less sweaters and more light weight clothing or tank tops and swim suits. Everybody wants to feel confident. A bootcamp usually whips a person into shape by focusing on an upcoming goal or event we are preparing for. So here we are going to talk about topics related to pride, looking at some very recent history and not so far past pride events during the rona compared to the more current events and potential to come once Pride month hits this June 2022!
