I began by talking about deep processing and needed to process some stuff for myself so overall instead I was ranting about some issues related to finances, work and roommates. I’ve been dealing with some situations with some people and their poor boundaries and finally had time to sit with it all. So you can see how I go from angry and irritable to making a decision on how I feel I can best deal with things.

Trying to find balance, some methods on how to cope with the stress and some discussion around how come holidays can be overwhelming. Not just focusing on ignoring feelings and forcing ourselves to have fun but an introspective view on the dynamics surrounding holidays and the end of a year and the beginning to a new year.
