She thinks it’s pretty common that a coach would have a no-trade clause in his contract. Aditi said she would trade George Pickens and mentioned teams that loved Pickens as a player going into the draft, but didn’t even have him on their board due to all of his nonsense. Aditi doesn’t see what hurts about Justin Fields being back next season, even if he’s a backup. Aditi suggested what the Steelers could do if they fall in love with a QB before the draft.
