Didn’t talk much this morning. Usual guff. Wandering Inn. X4. Park. Apparently walked very slowly. It ran a lot longer.

I talked about finishing my 100th week of writing a haiku every day. Also being unable to put Wandering Inn down as I’m getting closer to book 10 and still going strong.

Talked a lot about Wandering Inn and story structure today.

Started the day with panic messages that my wordpress sites had been infected. What a fun way to start the day. (No, it’s not.) Also talked about X4 and the fountain pen journey.

A bit late starting and then got pulled into taxi duty before I knew it.

Sorry, but I’ve forgotten what I talked about.

Thin sheens of ice made the footing treacherous today. I talked about Wandering Inn (some more), the new Kaweco Sport fountain pen, and boring ink.

However, I’m doing better today. Been spending time with the fam. Making plans for what we should do. Assessing the risks. My white, male privilege will probably shield us from most of the personal downsides, at least in the short term. I’m still worried about the kids and what their future will be beyond the next few years.

It was cold out there. That wind just flayed me whenever I got caught in it.
