Sorry. A weird headspace this morning.

Wonderfully mystical morning with low hanging ground fog being illuminated by the rising sun. Talked about Roger, Way of the Wielder, and Factorio again.

Not quite wet enough to be sub dude, but still a damp and dreary morning. I mumbled about Way of the Wielder and Factorio along with recaps of yesterday’s fun with City Inspectors and My Visit With Roger. (Not to be confused with Roger the Draugr, whom I also – for some inexplicable reason – visited with yesterday but did not talk about this morning.)

At least it was cool. I talked about Sarah J. Hoodlet’s Way of the Wielder series, Factorio, and a little bit about Roger and the Cat. Will I have a full draft by month’s end? It’s possible.

Or was possible before I just jinxed it.

And babbling. Usual blather. Factorio, wrapping up Soldier’s Life 4, spending quality time with Roger every morning. I seem to write his mornings more than evenings. Wonder if that would change if I wrote in the evening…

In addition to the usual Factorio, Soldier’s Life, and Roger, I talked about two Greek concepts of time – chronos and kairos – and the video I saw last night from Jessica McCabe of How to ADHD fame.

I got out early this morning. I’ve got things I want to accomplish, not the least of which is getting back to spend the morning with Roger.

I talked about Soldier’s Life #4, my minor gripe about the author’s pricing and why it bugs me. Also talked way too much about the restarted Factorio game and why this next factory will be The One. Maybe.

Literally, in this case. I baked the week’s bread before getting underway this morning. The difference in time – about half an hour – made the back half of this walk really sweaty.

I talked about Factorio mostly, with some side trips into reading (The Soldier’s Life #3) an writing (The Cat, of course).

In which I went into way too much detail about fixing my SecondLife client problems yesterday and how my Factorio game is off on the wrong chunk.

Tech note: My fumbly fingers stopped the recording inadvertantly as I was getting ready to sign off. I put in a tone to mark the occasion. It’s right near the end.

Caught myself walking-not-talking a lot this morning. What little I did say concerned writing, reading, and playing Factorio. Also, I forgot to turn on airplane mode and shut off the bluetooth and wifi. Might be some extra noise.

Apparently “Showing Up” is in the air. It’s been surrounding me for the last two weeks. I talked about it for most of the walk, after a brief summary of The Full-Sized Bed Incident that started yesterday on the wrong side of said bed.
