Chefs Paul Ainsworth and Tommy Banks join Andi and Miquita for a lunch of smoked chilli and blood orange syrup chicken wings, curried onion and coconut seasoned rice, twice fried plantain, Dahl, cucumber relish and a buttered ghee chicken broth. Miquita spices up the afternoon with some delicious, and potent, hot toddies.

The talk is of their different routes into the industry, cooking ( and judging) on TV, raving in Ibiza, building their Michelin starred businesses - and the importance of the award. There's also time to talk about the joys of working with family,, the change they want to see in the hospitality industry, being a "Great British Menu" nerd, oh, and serving a poo on a plate...
