Wives and husbands need to be kind to each other and respect each other. All Christians should be sympathetic to each other. (In this day and age, there are denominations with minor differences, but sometimes a few major-in-the-minors and cause disruption. Major differences in denominations may be exalting a "false prophet" that is preaching and teaching a corrupted gospel - in Galatians 1:6-9). As a Christian, you may suffer for doing what is right (2 Timothy 3:12) which is not really fair.

Rehoboam inherits the kingdom from Solomon. He gets bad advice from younger guys who are far-removed from the burdens of life and work and instead says that he will double-down on taxes. The result: the northern tribes revolt under Jeroboam of Nebat. The kingdoms split: Israel in the North and Judah in the South.
