We are honored to welcome Scott Goldstein, VP of Development and Casting and Bright Spot Content an All 3 Media American Company, who joins us from Los Angeles.
Here are all the amazing accolades that Scott has achieved in his incredible career.

"Scott Goldstein serves as VP of Development and Casting for Bright Spot Content. Scott plays a central role in the creation of new concepts as well as the selection of on-screen talent for the company’s development and current productions. With seventeen years of experience in unscripted production, Scott has worked in multiple roles on top-rated shows. His early credits include casting for gameshow, dating, competition and reality series including Deal or No Deal, Beauty and The Geek, Wipeout, Flavor of Love and Below Deck. He went on to become a producer, helping to craft storylines for popular series, such as Jerseylicous, Chicagolicious, The Glam Fairy and The Customer is Always Right.

In recent years, Scott has worked as a Development Executive for successful production companies, including Story Monster TV (an Endemol Shine Company) and Discovery Studios, before taking up his current position at Bright Spot Content."

We met Scott when we filmed a reality TV Show sizzle reel with our dance studio Prestige Dance and Performing Arts Centre about 7 years ago. Sadly nothing ever came from the show but we had
a ton of fun going through the process.
Scott talks about how many shows get worked on and never make it and how fun and rewarding it is to work on a show that does make it and becomes a part of pop culture.
We find out how Scott got into the industry and how working on Deal or No Deal for 3 years changed everything for him. He worked with Howie Mandell and Megan Markle.
He travelled the country where 8000 people would show up to audition. They got to change some peoples lives by giving them $ 1,000.000.

He tells us that if you win on THE PRICE IS RIGHT you have to pay taxes on all the prizes.

We share the story of Scott's amazing proposal to his beautiful wife Adrian on the Steve Harvey Show and he tells us the truth what really happened, the scheme he had to come up with and
all the behind the scenes details.
Scott's wife opened the Mane Addict hair salon during Covid and is one block from Rodeo Drive.

We talk about the San Francisco 49ers the curse of the Dallas Cowboys and of course Jimmy GQ Garappolo.

Scott worked with Bob Saget on the American Game show 1 vs 100 and he says that Bob Saget was one of the nicest people he has ever had the pleasure working with. He says
that Bob was the ultimate professional and would shake every crew members hand every single night thanking them. Scott has worked with a lot of people, but Bob Saget was the only
    one to ever do that.
Then he tells a hilarious story about Bob Saget when he would work on his risque stand up comedy in between commercial breaks.

The most popular show he has put together recently is "Hotties" on Hulu.

"MARCELLA IS SINGLE" Scott has a heart to heart conversation with Marcella and this is absolutely hilarious - Do not miss it.

Then Cruz and Scott are plotting how to make a dating show on the podcast with Marcella. Then Scott asks Marcella some "REAL QUESTIONS". :)

Scott met his wife on the JDate dating app, which is a Jewish dating site.

We talk about Scott's exciting life, going to red carpet events and we hope that Reality TV will be able to win awards just like the scripted shows do.

Scott shares 2 of his favorite casting stories - one for the show "AGE OF LOVE" and one for the show "FLAVOR OF LOVE". Both stories are unbelievable. WOW.

Stay tuned to Part 2 ........

  • #294: Liv Guley, Dallas Gossip Girl "MADE FOR SPEED - Gold Rush Rally"
Liz stops by the studio and tells us all about her experience on the "Gold Rush Rally 2022" - an exotic cars rally that started in Las Vegas and ended in Miami!
150 exotic cars from all over the world drive all day and party all night.

Liv tells us about a horrendous accident she was in when she first started with this rally in 2013 with Ben Chen crashed his Mc Laren in ETX. She is lucky to be alive.
This story is so unbelievable and here is the news article so you can see how terrible the car was damaged. Unreal - we are so happy that Liv is alive and well and walked
    away from this.

    https://www.kltv.com/story/22586909/high-priced-sports-car-destroyed-after-crash-in-etx/

Ben Chen has been in several accidents since - he has a history of crashing exotics.

Liv also tells us about another incident when she crashed a Ferrari 458 that belonged to her boss.

Liv's job at this rally is being a client liaison to make sure everyone has fun. The people at the rally are very wealthy people and they all become family and everyone feels accepted. The most challenging part is
making sure everyone is entertained at the small towns they stop in and that there is enough high end alcohol for all these people. Those little towns are not used to serving these caliber of people.
They stay only in 5 star hotels.

We hear about a super funny story about an incident in a strip club in one of those small towns with a pregnant stripper.

We learn about Arne Toman who holds the Cannonball Record. He did it twice. Unbelievable

Dallas gossip - The Monarch restaurant group is opening a "Maple and Ash" signature steak house from Chicago right next door to Nick and Sam's which will create some rivalry and will certainly
    shake things up a bit.

Then Liv tells us about waiting on Jackson Mahomes - Patrick Mahomes little brother - who is hated by the media and in a big feud with Dave Portnoy the Barstool Sports owner, who called him a loser.
Liv was pleasantly surprised and said that Jackson and his wife and their whole group were so respectful and she had the most pleasant experience with him.

She says that people say that he is ruining the Kansas City Chiefs by his behavior but Liv is here to tell everyone that he was nothing but polite - the whole group had fun and he paid with his own credit card. Liv's message to all Jackson Mahomes haters is that he is totally awesome.

Liv says that with summer being over all the crazies are about to come out and that the Dallas Gossip will be kicking up big time. Everyone stay tuned.

In the meantime Liv is working on her exclusive concierge business - she wants it to be Black American Express style with 10 exclusive clients, on retainer that will be served 24 hours a day, 365 days out of the year.

They have some amazing plans for him. He is in the HALL OF FAME FOR MOTORCYCLES.

When you first walk into the gallery you will be completely overwhelmed and you will have sensory overload - they will take you through the sensory overload and help you define
    what you are seeing.

There will be many different levels of collecting art. Trey educates us how profitable it is to invest in art.

Buddy and Kyle talk about 2 of their favorite artists and how people can connect with them through their incredible stories.

The team talks about their biggest competitor and who they strive to be. Their space and how it is being built lends itself to all kinds of art and they will
    incorporate performing arts as well.

They talk about the amazing talent of Jeremy Biggers who has lots of his pieces displayed in the Dallas Virgin Hotel. He is the biggest local fine artist.
    https://www.instagram.com/stemandthorn/?hl=en

  • #292: "The Founders Flock Of Gallery Defi" Trey Swofford, Travis McCann, Buddy DiFonzo, Kyle Sauter
Marcella is the only girl on this all power guys podcast with the Founder's Flock of Gallery Defi and our super cool co host Cruz.

Get to meet all the incredible business and artists brains behind this insanely amazing new business model that you do not want to miss.
Not only is the story how it all came about super intriguing and interesting - but it is even cooler to get to know every one of these powerhouses better and learn what they are all about
and how they got to this point.

Buddy DiFonzo, owns an incredibly successful women's contemporary apparel boutique and label in Fredricksburg, Texas called Buddy Love. https://buddylove.com/pages/fredericksburg-store
Their label is now in over 1000 boutiques all over the country. You can find them on Instagram here https://www.instagram.com/shopbuddylove/

Buddy always wanted to collaborate with an artist to create a mural to honor the 7 police officers that were assaulted in downtown Dallas by machine guns in 2018 by a deranged man.
What an incredible piece of art that was created first by James Goldcrown from Los Angeles, originally from London and then finished by the incredible Travis, NOT Travis McCann.

Once Buddy and Travis met they were brainstorming and they knew they would create some sort of magic together and Buddy told Travis about The Museum Of Ice Cream that was made
famous by the Kardashians. Buddy had the vision that they could do something like that only way cooler with an artist driven vision.
They put on their very first show in 2018 with 20 world class artists and bigger than life sculptures and paintings and the show was super successful right out of the gates.

With the team they have now they have been able to bring this concept back with the amazing 17.000 sq ft building in an incredible location in West Dallas, that is being developed and made
beautiful. The City Of Dallas itself is putting 60 to 70 million Dollars into developing the infostructure.

Travis McCann the artist who has a very iconic "2 hearts" signature is behind the incredible art in a lot of famous landmark restaurants and nightclubs in DFW and Austin, TX, for example the
most Instagramable building in Dallas the XOXO restaurant.
He tells us how he went from Travis to becoming NOT Travis. Fascinating story.

Kyle Sauter is the operations guy and manager of the team and keeps everything together and running. Buddy says that without operations you can be the most creative and you can
have a million concepts but to successfully deliver the mission and the product you have to have a director of operations and that is what Kyle does best. He is the glue that holds it all together.
Kyle tells us how he started and ended up in this position at this time. So interesting and it even involves a zoom call with the Pope.
He also talks about how challenging it can be to work with artists.

Trey Swofford is the real estate genius and financial backer of this project and he says that as a long time friend of Travis he would always go to his shows and was so impressed
by his friends work. He always knew they would work together in some form - they had talked about a clothing line before.
As a group they now own another piece of property which will become the House of Defi.
We found out a little secret that the real reason Trey wanted to get involved with all this, is because very beautiful women love art. :) Kyle says that Trey is also a General Contractor in
this whole project and that is helping him a lot.

They have such good vibes and they believe in each other and will do special things for sure.
They are still awaiting one permit from the City of Dallas and then they can finish and open to the public. We are incredibly excited about it and cannot wait.

  • Grace Caroline Loncar May 7, 2000 - November 26, 2016 "I hold you in my heart until I can hold you again in Heaven" Sue Loncar
We continue with part 2 of the brave Sue Loncar ........ In this episode we learn all about who Grace Caroline Loncar was, the gifts she has and the purpose and legacy in her name.
"This little girl has a purpose - I am going to name her Grace" Sue Loncar said when she found out that she was pregnant with her.
She says the only way for her to survive Grace's death is to believe that she has not lost Grace and that she is still her mother and will be reunited with her. She feels that Grace is guiding and
comforting her and that Grace wants Sue to help other people with her story.
Sue tells us all about how Grace was as a little child. From her mature nature and wicked sense of humor, to her enormous talent and how she was always glued to her side.
All the siblings spoiled Grace - she was the baby of the family. But Grace suffered from depression and had 2 prior suicide attempts, one at the age of 9 years old.
Grace was super creative and very close to her Dad, very much a Daddy's girl and preferred to be at home.
Grace was never bullied, very popular and had an extreme compassionate heart for others and a real champion for the underdog.
She took on the wounded people and especially after her death many stories came to light of how much she had done for others.
She was encouraging and befriended everyone. Her strongest suit was her capacity to feel which was a double edged sword for her.

Sue feels that she never knew how tortured Grace was inside and the amount of self loathing and the warfare that was going on in her mind that depression brings on -
where you body wants to go on living but your mind tells you NO.

Brian relapsed for 2 years and left when Grace was a preteen. He had gone to rehab and Sue and Brian were trying to get back together. Sue believed that Brian could get back to who he was before his relapse. He had already done it once and was sober for 23 years.
Family meant everything to Grace and it motivated Sue to give it another try. Grace wanted the whole family intact and even created a book that she titled "My family" where every family member got their own page and artwork.

The night Grace committed suicide she had gotten in trouble, grounded and her phone taken away.
When Sue and Brian woke up in the morning they found Grace dead from a self inflicted gun shot wound and Brian died 6 days later on an accidental drug overdose. He couldn't handle the pain. There is no question that
Brian loved Grace with every fiber of his being. Brian was bipolar and Sue wonders if Grace was also bipolar.

Sue says she had been trying to save Grace and Brian for years - she was on a rescue mission.

We find out how the other children were impacted and coping with these tragedies. The 2 deaths caused a downward spiral through the whole family. When someone commits suicide everybody feels like it is their fault and they
could have done something. It is the worst death imaginable.
Sue says her only consolation is that she knows that Grace knows how much she loved her. but love is not enough, Love will not save a depressed person. ........

  • #288: "THE MOMENT OF TRUTH - THE CHEATER FORGOT ABOUT YOU REMEMBER THAT" Berkley Brown Part 3
DISCLAIMER: Everything that is talked about in this episode has been checked for truth, with photos, texts, videos and time stamps to ensure a true account of events.

This part 3 episode reveals the truth and nothing but the truth told by Berkley Brown and Marcella Raneri - they each tell their individual accounts of the spiral of their relationship with the guy
    who cheated on them both.

Both girls spill some unbelievable stories that make your head spin. The disrespect cheaters portray to their victims is truly mind boggling.

There are so many twists and turns in this episode and so MUCH BETRAYAL.

Danielle has a lot of the same stories about her toxic cheating ex as well and is also trying to warn his new girlfriend about his ways.

Marcella and Berkley both tell their stories when their lives got toxic and dark until they finally ended the relationship.
Berkley tells details when he started to become mean and how it took a dark and abusive turn. Things were escalating.

The most shocking accounts come when both girls tell about him texting them and flirting with them throughout the entire time, including through the time he started having a
    new girlfriend.
Berkley reached out to the new girlfriend and told her she was being lied to. The new girlfriend then reached out to Marcella.

There was a time when Marcella wished him and his new girlfriend the best and didn't want to get further involved. When Berkley connected with Marcella and the WHOLE ENTIRE DECEPTION was brought
to light things changed. Marcella feels like she does not know who this person is that she dated all this time and planned to marry.

The rollercoaster of emotions all these girls have been exposed to is criminal truly. He plays games with women's feelings, uses them and then discards them when he no longer desires them.
All the while making sure he still has his spell over them by keeping in contact and flirting with them and telling them all the same things. All this to feed his exaggerated sense of self importance. It is the
    ultimate betrayal.

We are so proud of how brave these women are to speak up and not be silenced any longer.

We end the show with some women empowerment and making sure all women have standards and are brave enough to stand up for themselves from Day 1.

Forgiveness is a huge part of the Too Posh Podcast and we believe true healing can be achieved. Sharing your story is a big healing factor and we give people the opportunity to share their
    stories for this purpose.

We hope that this man feels some form of guilt and that this guilt will lead him to remorse and then redemption so he does not continue this behavior towards other women.
    1 hr 18 min
  • #287: "WHEN LOVE LIES - THE THRILL OF BEING A CHEATER" Berkley Brown Part 2
DISCLAIMER: Everything that is talked about in this episode has been checked for truth, with photos, texts, videos and time stamps to ensure a true account of events.

The beautiful Berkley Brown is back and this time she is joined by her best friends and our Dallas Gossip Girls Danielle Demas and Olivia Guley. Everyone should listen to Part 1 first so the part 2 and 3 of
this story will all add up and make sense in the end.

As scandalous and shocking as this story is we cannot forget that this involves 2 beautiful, smart young women who have truly suffered from these experiences and
are trying to heal by sharing their truth and their stories. Being honest about stories like these not only helps them heal but it helps others as well and that is why this is so important.
We are incredibly proud of their strength to not be silenced by yet another man that thinks cheating is no big deal and who has no integrity.

This episode starts with the girls telling more details about the incident when "THE CHEATER" broke a thick wood table in half by leaping onto it trying to say hi to Dallas Cowboys offensive tackle Tyron Smith
at the candle room, a prestigious night club in Dallas, TX.
When embarrassed Berkley tried to get him to leave he then fell again in the hallway and Danielle happened to be in the office at the time with her boss and they watched this incident on the security cameras
    in total disbelief.

Liv tells a story that he picked her up and swung her over his head and almost hit a street sign - she says she could have been decapitated.

He was out of control while partying all the while Marcella thought she is in very committed relationship - he is inviting Berkley's friends into his shower while naked and supposed to be waiting on Berkley to get off work.

At one point Berkley started suspecting that he had to have a girlfriend because signs were adding up - a cute little puppy in a cage (he said he was just watching the dog for a friend) and other clues in the bathroom.

Then he took the whole situation a step further and actually brought Marcella to Berkley's work place at the club and while Marcella was talking to someone he kept texting Berkley flirty messages how hot she looks and what he wants to do to her. After Marcella and he left he kept frantically texting and calling Berkley wanting her to afterparty with them. Marcella had no idea this was going on - she is thinking they are on a romantic date night "Staycation" in Dallas until Berkley and her friend showed up at the W Hotel.
Marcella was in the process of taking off her make up and was confused what the 2 girls were doing there.
At this moment Berkley realized that they were in a way serious relationship.
However the cheater took his indiscretions to the next level by texting Berkley to step outside with him and to make out in the hallway of the hotel. Gabrielle and Marcella gasp in disbelief. This was the time in Marcella and
the cheaters relationship where they had talked about getting married and having children together. He would say that he would ball his eyes out if he saw her walk down the isle etc.
They went on a 10 day trip to California and Marcella thought that he would propose there. However we found out that he had sex with Berkley just 3 weeks before that.

We talk about how close his whole family was with Marcella's family and that there were so many happy wonderful times.
As far as Marcella knew Berkley was his friend and a bottle girl. She had no idea about all these indiscretion going on behind her back and would have been totally shocked. She says there was no signs of anything amiss until
June 2018 when he disappeared for the first time.

At the same time Berkley is confronting him why he would bring his girlfriend to meet her at her work and he said that they were on the rocks and breaking up.

After that night at the W hotel he started talking to Berkley every single day and by October 2018 they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend.

The timelines are getting very interesting. Marcella broke up with him in August 2018.
Marcella starts talking about all the incidents and detailed timelines what ultimately led to their breakup.
