  • #276: GOSSIP COLUMN Liv and Berkley "It's always going to be a good time when you go on a date with me"
In todays Too Posh Gossip Column episode we welcome Liv and Berkley and right off the bat we learn some very juicy gossip about a famous NFL Football Star that was dating Berkley.
Let us know if you can figure out who she is talking about by the hints they give.
He was thrown out of very prestigious hotels in Dallas and had to resort to stay at a LaQuinta instead. Berkley says it was like a crack motel and she tells us what happened there.

Then the girls talk about a fun trip on a private jet from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. They checked into the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Beverly Hills and were driven around in lifted G-wagons, Rolls Royce and Maybach cars.
They surely know how to live life to the fullest and have a blast while they are at it.

They went to the opening night of the Nightingale nightclub and saw Odell Beckham Jr, JZ, Rihanna etc etc - all the celebrities and sports athletes - the event was sponsored by Ciroc and Ace of Spade.
Liv says it is one of the best clubs she has ever been to.
Lawrence Fishburne who played Morpheus in the Matrix was there sitting in a black trench coat, sunglasses on.

Then they talk about the yellow ball hosted by the Sadie Keller Foundation in Dallas and that they raise a lot of money for childhood cancer.

Berkley gets very passionate about "crybaby men" that expect more from her after going out for a date. She doesn't always feel a spark. The last one that did that had to learn the hard way as she
posted his whiny conversation on social media for everyone to see.

Then she tells us about a recent Las Vegas trip where the guy she was with won a jackpot on a slot machine for $ 100.000 with her lucky crystal.
We learn about a guy that wanted to take Berkley to a funeral as his date and she went and how awkward that was.

To end the show it gets super juicy as Marcella talks about a guy that flew her to California and then ghosted her at the airport.

This then leads to Berkley telling us about a guy (SAME GUY who Marcella talked about ) that took her on a first date and she fell and cracked her head open and had to go to the ER -
she couldn't get pain medicine because she had been drinking. This all started when they were at The Gin Bar in Prosper Texas and
the whole bar was invited back to the guys house for a huge after party.
She needed an MRI and staples in her head and the bill was $ 4000 that the guy did not pay. The collection agencies still come after her for this.

IMPORTANT SIDENOTE: Stay tuned to the continuation of this story as Berkley will come on as a guest and tell the entire story of her relationship with this guy who happened to be Marcella's boyfriend at the time.
A whole saga of betrayal, lies, manipulation, cheating and more ..............

  • #275: Stephanie Fallman and Theresa Reynolds "Smart enough to save your life, skilled enough to make you look beautiful" Part 1
We welcome Stephanie and Theresa the amazing and skilled aesthetic nurses from the prestigious Lemmon Avenue Plastic Surgery & Laser Center.
Stephanie found her passion for skin care as a teen because she suffered from severe acne. She did extensive research about what would help make her skin healthy, glowing and
    beautiful.
5-6 years ago she discovered micro needling after she saw Kim Kardashian do the vampire facial. She was a registered nurse working at Parkland Hospital in Dallas as an
    ER Nurse.
Stephanie is so passionate about her skin care routine which includes a minimum of 7 steps that before long all her fellow nurses wanted to know all her secrets because Stephanie's skin
looks like glass. It is perfect. She started not only sharing all her secrets but started to microneedle all her friends faces. Everyone's skin was getting better and better.
Jen Pilotte, also a nurse at Lemmon Avenue was in need of an assistant and that is how Stephanie got started and she now has her own patients and a thriving career.

Stephanie's bedside manner is amazing and calm and puts you at so much ease.
Cruz is scared and Marcella is excited to have her micro needling done by Stephanie, while Gabrielle talks about her experience with the Nitrous Oxide for pain management.

Theresa tells us about threads and we learn in detail what exactly micro needling is and how it creates hair growth. We learn about the cons and what hyper pigmentation and hypo pigmentation is.

Gabrielle swears by letting the car air-condition blow on your face on full force right after treatment - it is so incredibly helpful.

Theresa says the earning possibilities are endless in this industry. We learn about the difference of aesthetic nurses compared to the hospital nurse environment.

We talk about how important after care is after treatments and Stephanie warns about false and unrealistic expectations. Micro needling must be done several times to really see a difference - especially
with deep acne scars it could take 5-7 treatments.

Stay tuned for part 2 when we learn more about skin care and laser treatments.

  • #274: Vanessa Gomez - "Healthier, Stronger - Harder To Kill" Health And Wellness Guru At Your Service
Disclaimer: This podcast represents only the views of our guests and fun banter between the hosts. It is not intended to guide anyone in any direction or belief system.

We welcome the beautiful, smart and passionate Vanessa Gomez who is the daughter of Colombian Immigrants, whose Dad is a Family Doctor and was raised in a very strict household with 2 sisters.

We start the conversation about how our world has been turned upside down since March 2020 with Cov 19. While lots of people have kept their opinions to themselves as to not ruffle too many feathers, Vanessa
has stayed extremely outspoken the entire time and has hit the controversial subjects head on.
Vanessa has been into health, wellness, healthy diet, meditation and exercise for a very long time. Her viewpoints are based with education on health. Her and her Dad differ very strongly on their opinions and butt heads often.
From the beginning of Cov 19 she was trying to educate her Dad about the virus and how things didn't make sense.

She says that physicians are indoctrinated by the pharmaceutical companies and that you can buy politicians, scientists, doctors etc.

Her Dad has had zero deaths in his clinic since he started giving ivermectin to his patients.

Vanessa and Cruz discuss Cov 19, vaksines and treating your body right and eating healthy.

We talk about Pfizer releasing the documents about the side effects and it is exhausting to Vanessa to read them because she had tried to warn everyone from the very beginning. Studies show that they tried to make
a corona virus vaksine for the last 20 years - but could never get past the animal trials. It takes 8 - 10 years to approve a vaksine but people decided to take this vaksine that was approved and rushed in less than a year, just
because the TV tells them to.

Vanessa educates herself on everything and does not appreciate when people question her views just because she does not have a doctors license. She takes offense to it and views it as a defamation of character.

We discuss soccer players collapsing worldwide and tennis stars not being able to finish matches and tournaments.

We discuss how the news has changed through the years and has now only been political with journalism no longer being free speech.

We talk the CDC protocol for children's vaksines.

Elon Musk teaches his children "UNSCHOOLING".

Vanessa teaches us very passionately about Ozone Therapy. Cruz tells us about his experience in the Ozone Chamber.

A very interesting podcast about lots of different views and opinions. Definitely worth a listen.

  • #272: TREY SWOFFORD "I AM HERE FOR A REASON AND MY PURPOSE IS GREATER THAN MY CHALLENGES"
We welcome our sweet friend Trey Swofford whose life story is insane. This will be Part 1 with Part 2 to follow soon.

Trey got shot on his 33rd birthday on November 16, 2019 in Dallas Texas, on his way home from his birthday celebration. It was about 11 pm
and the police believe that it was some sort of a gang initiation attack. The shooter was between 14 - 17 years old - Trey made eye contact with him and
will never forget his face. The police believe that the attackers followed Trey home.

Trey saw the flash of the gun and everything slowed down - he felt a higher power at that very moment - he ducked to the left and the bullet came through the windshield and hit through his ear, hit the hardest part of his
skull and bounced out on the other side.
There was blood everywhere - he was in so much shock he felt no pain. His adrenaline was through the roof - his friend who was driving was screaming. Trey was the calm one - he was not scared - there were 3 shots.
He kept praying to God not to let him die. He kept trying not to faint. Once he got in the ambulance he did pass out and doesn't remember much.
He wants to give a shout out to the incredible team of doctors that took care of him in Kessler Park Hospital.

He tells us about all the drama when he arrived at the hospital and he was hoping that they would save his life. He saw pictures of his ear hanging off his head - the doctors used super glue and it healed so amazingly.
The worst part was when the doctors had to take out bullet fragments with magnets. He says that hurt like hell. The hardest part by far was when he had to call his Mom to tell her what happened. He still gets emotional and
all he wants is for her to be proud of him. The doctors said they had never seen someone shot the way Trey was and survive. He realized how close to death he came and gets super emotional when his Mom picks him up
from the hospital. The shooter was never found.

Trey shows us the actual bullet that he was shot with - INSANE
Physically he was in pain for 2 weeks but emotionally it took a huge toll on him for a while. It messed him up badly with severe anxiety. Terrible PTSD.
Because it happened so close to his house he drives by the scene every single day.

Trey shares his terrifying experience with LSD that got him out of the PTSD and changed his entire life.

Trey then shares all about his new project GalleryDefi that he is opening with his friends Travis, Trey and Buddylove. It is an absolutely incredible undertaking and will be a first of its kind.
Listen to the unbelievably exciting things that they have in store. This is insane. We are all so excited and cannot wait for it to open.

Trey ends this first show by sharing about the suicide of his best childhood friend James Apple who stood naked on a billboard in Ft. Worth before leaping to his death. Trey was forever changed by this horrific
loss and the same night went out and got into a bad crowd of people and started doing drugs out of anger and was stuck in that world for several years.
He is proud of James sister who just released a musical to honor James and to bring awareness to mental illness. The musical is called Boy On A Billboard. Everyone check it out.

What is the worst airport and we learn about airplane vitamins .

Danielle worked the Waste Management Charity Golf Tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is like Las Vegas on a golf course. She says it makes a lot of money but it is brutal. She cut both her thumbs to the bone - super glued
the cuts and pressed on .....

Liv went to crazy, epic Super Bowl Mansion parties - one of them at Dan Bilzerian's old house that now belongs to the owner of the Wish Website. Lingerie girls, Cirque Du Soleil, Weed Sponsors - absolutely incredible night.

Then the actual Super Bowl Party at a different mansion with a setup of 16 tables with table service and a stripper pole in the middle with bikini waitresses everywhere. The service was outstanding. Only the best of the best.
After the game was over all the strippers showed up and there were $ 50.000 plus on the floor with 3 liter Ace Bottles being popped everywhere all night.

  • #270: Hope Beel - "Big Dreams Do Come True By The "GRACE" Of God"
Hope Beel tells us about her early years growing up in Texarkana - a great, family oriented happy life with her Mom, Stepdad (who she didn't know wasn't her real Dad until age 13) and her 2 half brothers!

Soon hardships like alcoholism, divorce, abuse, drugs etc disrupted their happy life and Hope and her Mom Linda went from living in a nice house to a life in poverty.

Trauma has made Hope forget lots of bad things but the most important thing and only thing that matters is that she became her Mom's girl - they were best friends - always together. Linda was a sweet soul and
always supportive of Hope. They lived paycheck to paycheck. Hope is very thankful to a lot of people during that time that helped them along the way.
Hope started working in high school - she loved fashion and worked at Rue 21 all night after school and was taking care of her family at age 16.

She is so happy and positive always and never dwells on anything negative. Hope always knew that she wanted a big life and she got out of that small city and she will never go back to that life.
She is the most humble and down to Earth - she appreciates everything and loves to take care of people.
Hope always had big dreams and she made them happen with hard work. She met her husband in 2012 and they make an amazing team.

Hope takes us through the time that she was in college and her Mom struggled without Hope by her side. She got on drugs and developed lots of health problems - she had to have open heart surgery at 40 years old after
    several heart attacks.
After that surgery Linda battled a pill addiction because of her addictive personality.

Tragically and suddenly Linda passed away from a heart attack at age 50 on Halloween, right after Hope was dancing to a Bee Gees song that her and her Mom would always dance to.

The system fails you - they found over 50 different pill bottles in Linda's room - that is why Hope is very against prescription drugs. We have a conversation about the pharmaceutical companies.

Even though heartbroken over her Mom's sudden passing Hope is happy that she is out of the world that caused her so much pain and suffering. Hope had a meeting with a medium and is certain that her Mom
reached out to her and it has brought her some real comfort and "GRACE".

The night Linda passed away was the first time Hope met Marcella.

We can all see Linda, her loveable, sweet soul and always positive demeanor through Hope.

Hope has a gift to bringing girls together that all form a strong friendship.
