  • Shaun Osher - How a Top Real Estate Firm in New York is Battling the COVID-19 Crisis
In this episode, I’m speaking with Shaun Osher, the Founder and CEO of CORE Real Estate Group, a real estate firm out of New York. Shaun got into real estate in the 90’s, and was the #1 agent in New York for several years. Shaun founded CORE in 2005.
CORE Real Estate is now the top real estate firm in New York that specializes in new development projects. They’ve done well over $6B in transactions, and have 100 agents at the company.
This was such an amazing chat that every real estate agent needs to hear, especially given the crisis that we’re in. Shaun is in New York, the epicentre of the COVID-19 crisis in the US. We’re talking about how he’s positioning himself and his agents to come out of this crisis better and stronger than ever. He’s sharing his messages and specific advice he’s giving his agents right now, and how they can continue being productive and provide value to their clients during these tough times.
Shaun experienced many economic collapses in the past, including 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis, and he talks about what he learned during those downturns and how he’s applying those experiences with the current situation.
This was such an incredible chat. Again, if you’re a real estate professional that’s living through this current crisis, please listen to this episode. It’s not only encouraging, but very informative and you’re sure to come away with a lot of great insights. Enjoy!

  • Jas Takhar - How the #1 Royal LePage team in Canada provides value through content
I’m so excited to share this episode. I’m speaking with Jas Takhar, a Realtor from the Toronto area. Jas is the co-founder and managing partner of the REC Team, the #1 real estate team in Royal LePage in all of Canada! The team collectively completed over 700 transactions in 2019, and the crazy thing is, it seems like they’re just getting started.
Jas is very unique in his approach to real estate and marketing. His entire marketing strategy is through content generation. Him and his team put out at least 15 pieces of content every single day in the form of posts, videos, images, podcasts, etc.

  • Richard Bell - The Do's and Dont's of real estate from a lawyer's perspective
I'm really excited to share this episode, I'm speaking with Richard Bell, a partner at Bell Alliance, the largest residential real estate and conveyancing practice in Vancouver.
Unlike other episodes where I'm speaking to Realtors, this one is obviously a little bit different, as we're talking about the legal side of real estate transactions. Being in a competitive industry like real estate, it's important to provide value added services to your clients, and one way to do that is by providing knowledge and information. So it's definitely important to have a good understanding of other aspects in a transaction, including the legal side of it all.
This is a very useful conversation to listen to if you're a Realtor. You're going to hear a lot of great insights, do's and dont's, common issues to be aware of, and best practices to prep your clients. We're also talking about where technology is heading in real estate, including a software that Richard developed, and where he thinks this long-lasting bull market is heading (which you'll definitely want to hear).
As someone who has dealt with hundreds (if not thousands) of Realtors and transactions, Richard shares some of the traits that most of the successful real estate agents possess.
I was really excited to connect with Richard and share this amazing episode with you all. Hope you enjoy!

Brenda is all about providing true and genuine value to her clients and contacts, and just be a true source of information, which is how she's grown her business.
She has a YouTube channel where she's providing useful information every single week. She also wrote a book for her seller clients which covers topics in the selling process and what to expect from selling with Brenda.
We talk about many topics, including the importance of a CRM and database management if you want to be successful as a Realtor, and Brenda outlines her "5 P's" when selling a property, which you don't want to miss!
Overall, a really informative chat with unique insights that any Realtor will get value from. Enjoy!
