It was Bryan's birthday during the record so he gets the guest treatment as we take you through another forgettable episode of this season of Top Chef... This episode is full of old hipster tropes, a terrible elimination challenge, and a chef who can't stop making bad pasta... And then Tom stole our idea about doing Top Gear... if we weren't already facing a lawsuit from Top Chef, we might sue Top Chef.
