Nicole Obra is the Director of Recruitment on the Nurse and Allied Solutions team at AMN Healthcare, where she has dedicated nearly 12 years to advancing workforce solutions in the healthcare industry. Known for her strategic leadership and deep commitment to talent development, Nicole plays a pivotal role in shaping recruitment initiatives that support healthcare professionals across the nation.

Beyond her professional achievements, Nicole is a passionate advocate for community engagement. She serves on the junior executive boards for both Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Alzheimer's Association here in San Diego, contributing her time and leadership to causes close to her heart.
