What should we do to have good health? It’s the question many people want to get the answer. If you want to maintain good health, you should exercise regularly. You can go to the gym or go walking in the park. Getting enough sleep keeps you fresh and focused. You should eat healthy foods, like fish, vegetables and fruit. You should avoid junk foods, or unhealthy foods, like fries, candy, or noodles. You should stay away from drugs, cigarettes and alcohols. They are the number one enemy of your health.
