While everyone is feeling inspired by the wonderful swimmers hitting it out of the ball park at the Commonwealth Games, let's hear from a masters swimmer from the Commonwealth - British masters swimmer and world record holder - Amanda Heath.

Amanda was so generous in sharing her insights into her training and racing, and the strategies she employs - both physically and mentally - are so very useful for all swimmers to hear and implement into your own training. Amanda specialises in races 200 and above, and has her WR in breaststroke and individual medley.
