How many of us "lean in" to the pre race nerves we feel before racing? Do you shy away from those feelings or embrace them and use them to your advantage? US Masters swimmer Brian Bergford is my guest on Torpedo Swimtalk Podcast today and gives us very in depth answers to these very questions. In his day job, Brian is a performance psychology coach and he applies all his learning to his own swimming as well as many other athletes. What can we learn from that for our own masters swimming?
