We took a deep dive into Paul's training and discussed the secret to his success, in not only breaking 6 National Records at the recent Nationals meet, but replicating that success a few weeks earlier at the Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships on the Gold Coast, where he kicked all the goals in his chosen races.
