Swimming entrepreneur and masters swimmer champion Rob Kent joins us in this episode of  Torpedo Swimtalk Podcast

Hailing from Toronto Canada, we had a long ranging chat about Rob's swimming, first as a Canadian National Swimmer, his epic open water swim races as a masters swimmer and the training he does in the pool. Lay over that, his founding of the L.O.S.T. swimming group, which sparked him to start the Global Swim Series and due to Covid, has now pivoted into the inaugural Race the Legends camp and race later in the year.  And as a little side project, he was General Manager of the Toronto Titans ISL Team.

This guy loves swimming! In the ocean, in lakes and in the pool. Rob's passion for H2O comes through in each word he speaks, and I love that he has the same passion for promoting participation in open water swims as he does for the elite swimmers in the pool at ISL.
