Today's podcast guest is 1992 US Olympian and 6 time FINA Masters World Record Holder - Roque Santos.  We chat about his time at Cal Berkley and swimming at the NCAA 's as a freshman;  the excitement and privilege he felt representing the State's at the '92 Barcelona Olympics; and how he took his breaststroke 200m to the next level, by searching out an expert coach and working on his technique.

Roque is a passionate lifelong swimmer, who plans on swimming masters well into his 90's. Watch out competitors!!! He talks about the journey and his love for the water; how masters swimming is all about consistency; and how he enjoyed the tech racing suits that helped him break FINA Masters World Records.

past rivals who are now friends, like Sergio Lopez, and coaches he worked with like Ernie Maglischo. Roque cherishes his network and builds on that with his love of Masters Swimming, making connections all over the States and right around the world.
